Stitch Social: Gather, Craft, Celebrate!
A Backstitch Embroidery Workshop for Women
📍 Pan & Coffee (Stone Oak location)
This workshop is simple and social. That’s what makes it special.
We come together as women, threading our needles and stitching side by side. It’s just us, some thread, and a bit of time that’s all yours.
I’ll show you the basics—how to hold your needle, start your first stitch, and keep going even when it feels tough. We’ll go step by step, together. All the supplies you need will be provided. No experience is necessary.
✨ You will leave with something you made with your own hands
✨ You will discover a hobby that brings calm to your busy days.
Only four spots available for this workshop!
This is for your well-being, even if you don’t think of it that way. It’s for your heart, your mind, and your spirit.
Something special happens when you sit with other women and create with your hands. Conversation flows naturally, and the silence feels comfortable. The hour passes, and you leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.
Embroidery offers that feeling. It’s meditative, but you don’t have to sit still or try to clear your mind. It’s social, but it won’t leave you feeling drained. Your hands stay busy, and your mind can finally relax.
Learning something new isn’t just for kids. It’s one of the best gifts you can give yourself as an adult. Every new skill brings more confidence.
I had the best time. Kuralai is great. She’s patient and explained things so I could understand. Can’t wait to learn more embroidery stitches. My design is super cute.

Hi,
I’m
kuralai!
For years, I set embroidery aside as life led me elsewhere, and I lost touch with my creative side. When I finally picked up a needle again, it felt like coming home. The change was quiet and almost invisible at first. But over time, I felt my heart soften and my energy return. It was gentle, like sunlight at the end of a long day.
That’s what this workshop is about.
That experience taught me something I wish I had known earlier: making things with our hands isn’t just for children. As adults, we might need it even more. Somewhere along the way, we forget that it’s okay to be beginners again. We forget how good it feels to let our hands work, let our minds rest, and create something that truly belongs to us.
Life is beautiful, especially when you make something with your own hands!
Everyone is welcome, no matter your experience. Groups are small, usually 4 to 6 women, so you’ll get plenty of personal attention.
